Metropolis to rename Brooklyn road in honor of Pete Hamill

Hamill, a former editor and author on the Each day Information who died in August at age 85, might be honored with the renaming of Seventh Ave. between eleventh Ave. and twelfth Ave in Park Slope, Brooklyn, the neighborhood the place he was born.
