I am doing some research on Syrian culture and would like some information on the salary level in Syria, specifically in the IT industry.

For example, what would a computer programmer working in Syria reasonably expect to make?  What is the most they could expect to make in Syria?  Also, generally how does the salary rate in the Information Technology field in relation to other countries like UAE?
